We are looking for a results-focused Account Director with a proven sales track record in individual and organizational development.  The successful candidate will apply their strategic thinking and sophisticated solutions sales expertise to identify and pursue large scale opportunities within our preferred target market.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Employ strategic selling skills to identify target accounts;
  • Connect with companies whose needs are aligned to our unique mix of consulting services;
  • Engage with clients using a consultative selling approach;
  • Connect individual and organizational learning requirements with clients' strategic objectives and business issues;
  • Be responsible for the overall satisfaction and profitability of each client account;
  • Collaborate with management and partner companies to build long-term client relationships.
  • Create economic value for our clients, our partners, and BPLS.
  • Be a team player and contribute ideas on how to improve our ability to accelerate individual and organizational learning.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proven track record (5+ years) of success selling learning solutions in complex environments;
  • A proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients;
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills;
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills;
  • Extensive knowledge of business/economic environment;
  • Ability to influence others;
  • Customer-centered selling skills;
  • Ability to present and defend point of view constructively and persuasively.
