Executive Coaching and Process Facilitation
l

Although there are many common elements involved in achieving predictably positive outcomes in terms of strategy implementation, change management, leadership development and team building, two constants are Executive Coaching and Process Facilitation.

Executive Coaching means providing both intentional and incidental support to the people who are leading the implementation of strategy or the management of change in the organization.  The intentional element of Executive Coaching requires the specification of required behavior change and intimate deliberate guidance on ways to achieve those desired changes.  The incidental component is driven by the benefits of a close working relationship with the client and the constant sharing of issues, ideas and feedback.

It is said that there are two certainties in life – death and taxes.  We beg to differ!! Meetings are the third certainty and over a career people probably spend more time in meetings than any other single activity.

Meeting process facilitation (including the design and debrief functions) is often maligned for being non-content specific, yet most executives and team leaders will tell you that, given the need for active listening and participation, it is neither advisable nor appropriate to facilitate critical meetings and workshops with other members of your team.  That is where the many years of expertise that BPLS brings to the table are most advantageous.  If you believe that “experience is what you get right after you needed it” then the process facilitators at BPLS have all the experience you will ever need to make the essential meetings more productive and enjoyable.
